Our vertical screen printing machine is specially designed for the printing media which is hard to deformation. It is widely used in plane medias printing such as paper, plastic, glass, metal, textile product, leather, etc. and electronics industry printing such as PCB board, soft PCB, PCB liquid photo stencil emulsions and SMT mark.

Our vertical screen printer features vertical mechanical structure. Its print head of our machine can go up and down along the rear bracket. We take use of variable frequency worm reducer motor to ensure the movement of print head smooth and rapid. Moreover the application of high precision pre compression linear guide and Italy MEGA DYNE synchronous belt also contribute to stability and high precision of our printer.

The work bench of our printer has separated spin button and fastener which will reduce the errors caused by work bench locking.

Our printing machine is applied with the inductive printing stroke switch and screen fixer, which greatly reduce the time of manual control. Dual cylinders can respectively control the ink blade and ink reclaiming board. It can be staples adjustable and handle the pressure evenly, which can greatly improve the service life and printing quality.
