STEEL RULE BENDER

This machine is used to bend mode die cutting rule and creasing rule, during the course of making die cutting plate. It’s structure is novel and rational, and usage is convenient, and the precision of modeling cutting rule and creasing rule is high. Equipped with 40 negative matrix and positive matrix, it can bend cutting rules and creasing rules to optional complex shape.

STEEL RULE CUTTER

This machine can finish cut and corner cut conveniently by changing lay gauge. Wolfram steel is adopted in cutting tool, and the surface is hardened which ensure the endurance of tool blade. The maximum height of cutting rule and creasing rule is 32mm. We can meet the height above 40mm or 50mm according customer’s requirements.

STEEL RULE NOTCHER

This machine is used to punch bridge hole at cutting rule and creasing rule at tie point of die cutting plate Three width of punching hole can be selected: 3mm, 5mm, 8mm. Wolfram steel is adopted in punching tool blade, and the surface is hardened, which enhance the endurance.
