The vacuum feed ensures even difficult digital stock can be easily processed with full air and variable pick up control. Set up is simple and designed for ease of operation by inexperienced operator. Micro adjustment of all folds are easily made. With a total counter, batch control and variable speed delivery conveyor, clean delivery for all fold formats is guaranteed. Creasing and slitting wheels are included. With steel rubber rollers, high capacity pump and integrated stands the high production 482 series will efficiently handle all your folding needs with 4 folding plates.

For small folds the vertical stacker will ensure perfect delivery every-time. The standard variable speed shingling exit conveyor can easily be removed without any tools and the vertical stacker can be installed in its place. When your short fold job is completed simply replace with the standard conveyor delivery.
