Nick Grinder

Lightweight, handy, and powerful machine to grind accurate vertical nicks into the cutting rules of dies. The grinding depth can be adjusted simply and quickly with a regulator. The locking bolt on the grinding wheel supporting the spindle drive will enable a quick and easy exchange of the grinding wheels for nicks of different thicknesses. The grinding can be done either before or after the ejection rubber has been attached alongside the cutting rules. The machine will be supplied with three grinding wheels of each of the following thickness,-0,4 – 0,5 – 0,6 – 0,7 – 0,8 – 1,0 –  1,2 mm. The Nick Grinder has a strong 400 Watt pneumatic motor to ensure durability.
