1)- INFEED SYSTEM

The feeder with suction pump makes curved paper smooth. By top-load and bottom feed,  feeding structure feeds paper successively and operates easily. High friction feeding wheels prevent damage to the printing paper. The hydraulic powered feeding table will make feeding corrugated board easy. with no more heavy lifting for the operator.

2)- FEED TABLE

This improved in-feed system will provide very tight register tolerance. Its able to handle on not only corrugated board, but also printed board without any registration problem. Specially designed roller system easily processes various thickness of paper and corrugated board. Specially designed side guide which is suitable for various thickness of paper and corrugated board; accurate and easy to adjust.

3)- DIECUTTING STATION

The Easy setup system and center line die register system will cut down the make ready time dramatically. Safe die cutting frame design is easily installed and dismantled. Rotation Die Frame design allows easy replacement of dies. Bottom mold plate can unload and reserve the cutting mold for next time use.

4)- POWER BOX PANEL

The state of the art digitally controlled box monitors the machine and enables qualified electricians to access automated telephone servicing. High quality European or Japanese brand components are used to ensure machine reliability. Inverter operared main motor controls the speed for smooth operation. Simple and reliable PLC controlled is easily maintained.

5)- STRIPPING STATION

Co-ordinated with cutting station, the structure with no frame can be adjusted fast and accurately. Top unit can be disengaged when not use.

6)- DELIVERY STATION

Non stop delivery allows changing of pallets without interrupting the running job, saving time. paper counter with tape inserter for easy counting and effortless packing. High efficiency conveyor system allows longer machine running time and maximum production.

7)- OPERATING PANEL WITH TOUCH SCREEN INTERFACE

Centralized operating switches on panel allow foe quick and easy operation. Operator friendly motor will troubleshoot any problems on the machine and instruct the operator to correct problem. Ability to save previous data for the future.

8)- LEAD EDGE REMOVAL

Allows lead edge to be completely stripped off, giving a finished product.
